PUEBLO, CO (April 8, 2024) – The Pueblo Police Department confirmed that a pedestrian died in a hit-and-run in the 1000 block of North Troy Avenue on March 16.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 4:00 PM. Based on a report, the male pedestrian had been walking across the street in the middle of the block at the time of the accident.
 
At that point, an unknown car hit him and left the scene.
 
As a result, the man suffered grave injuries and died at the scene. Officials did not yet release his name, pending kin notification.
