PASADENA, TX (December 13, 2022) – Pasadena police confirmed that a pedestrian was hit and killed on Highway 225 on Saturday, December 1.

Initial investigation revealed that authorities received reports of the accident at approximately 11:20 p.m. Reports indicated a pedestrian was injured in a crash near 1301 Highway 225, according to initial police scanner traffic.

Officials found an unresponsive pedestrian lying in the east lane. However, the pedestrian was later pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene, and waited for authorities to arrive. There are no reports of charges as of now.

Officials did not release any additional information at this time. However, authorities are continuing their investigation.
