Oreste Carrasco, Barbara Garcia-Guerrero, Maria Hernandez-Torres Identified in Fatal Rollover Crash in Marana

 
MARANA, AZ (April 24, 2023) – Officers identified 78-year-old Oreste Carrasco of Phoenix, 81-year-old Barbara Garcia-Guerrero of Phoenix and 69-year-old Maria Hernandez-Torres as the victims who died in a crash on 10 Freeway on April 6.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near milepost 240 around 2:45 PM.
 
Based on a report, Carrasco was driving a 2005 Dodge Ram on the freeway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, the vehicle crashed and rolled over, ejecting her and her two passengers.
 
As a result, the three women died in the incident.
 
Officers were looking at a possible tire blowout as a factor in the accident.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
