Two Injured, Karl Foreman Arrested for DUI in Waco Crash on East Waco Drive at Dallas Street

 
WACO, TX (April 21, 2023) – Waco Police officers arrested 58-year-old Karl Wayne Foreman following a DUI crash on East Waco Drive on April 11.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash happened at Dallas Street around 4:00 PM. Based on a report, officers arrived at the scene and found a tan Chevy pickup that crashed.
 
In addition, they found Foreman lying halfway out the door and two other occupants. The officer reported the smell of an alcoholic beverage coming from the cab and recovered two bottles at the scene.
 
As a result, crews transported Foreman and the two victims to the hospital.
 
Waco Police said they arrested Foreman on intoxicated assault charges.
