SEATTLE, WA (January 16, 2024) – Troopers confirmed that one person died in a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 900 (Martin Luther King Jr. Way) on January 9.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near S 129th Street around 5:27 AM. Based on a report, the victim’s car collided with three other vehicles. Officials did not yet release the details that led to the pile-up.
 
As a result, the victim who caused the four-car crash suffered grave injuries and died at the scene. Officials did not yet release the victim’s identity, pending kin notification.
 
Emergency crews said another person was hurt in the incident. They asked the drivers to avoid the area as they worked on the scene.
