Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Woodmen Road at in Colorado Springs

 
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (October 9, 2023) – Colorado Springs Police confirmed that a motorcycle rider died in an accident on Woodmen Road on September 30.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Marksheffel Road around 7:12 AM. Based on a report, the victim was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Woodmen Road prior to the crash.
 
At the same time, a truck was stopped for traffic at the intersection. Due to unknown reasons, the motorcycle rear-ended the truck.
 
As a result, the rider sustained grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported the victim to the hospital, where he died.
