Kaylin Riolo Hurt in Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Lebec

 
LEBEC, CA (October 13, 2022) — A person died while Kaylin Riolo suffered injuries following a motorcycle crash on Interstate 5 on Sunday afternoon, October 9.

The fatal collision occurred near the Lebec Service Road exit, according to the California Highway Patrol which received a report of the incident at around 4:30 p.m. It involved a Harley Davidson and a Freightliner semi-truck.

Authorities said the driver of the motorcycle, a 32-year-old man, suffered major injuries and died at the scene.

Riolo, the passenger of the motorcycle, sustained major injuries. Medical personnel transported her to Kern Medical.

The driver of the Freighter, Joe Riddle was not harmed during the fatal accident.

The circumstances behind the collision remain unknown as investigation continues. No other information is made available at this time.
