WILLOWS, CA (October 13, 2022)Marcos Parra suffered injuries following a three-vehicle crash on Highway 99 and County Road 68 on Sunday, October 9.

The collision involved a big-rig, a pickup truck and a motorcycle that Parra was driving, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Authorities confirmed that 23-year-old Parra was heading south on Highway 99 near County Road 68, north of Delevan at a high speed. At the same time, a Toyota Tacoma being driven by a 36-year-old man, and a big rig being driven by a 57-year-old man, were both stopped at the intersection.
