Hit-and-Run Driver Involved in Fatal Accident on Alameda Avenue in Aurora

 
AURORA, CO (January 10, 2024) – The Aurora Police Department confirmed that a woman died in a hit-and-run on Alameda Avenue 2 on December 29.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at South Frazier Court. Based on a report, the victim was crossing the street at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck the victim and left the scene.
 
As a result, the adult female victim died at the scene. The Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office did not yet release the victim’s identity, pending kin notification.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
