Fatal Solo-Car Accident on 35W Freeway in Fort Worth

 
FORT WORTH, TX (May 8, 2024) – The Fort Worth Police Department confirmed that one person died in an accident on the 35W Freeway on April 30.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash happened at Highway 121 around 12:46 AM. Based on a report, the victim was a passenger inside a vehicle traveling on the freeway at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, the vehicle lost control and crashed into a concrete barrier. It then fell from the freeway overpass to the Highway 121 ramp.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not release the deceased’s name, pending kin notification.
 
Emergency crews transported the driver of the vehicle to a hospital in stable condition.
