PHOENIX, AZ (November 1, 2023) – The Phoenix Police Department identified 25-year-old Omar Santos-Marquez who died in a motorcycle accident on Cave Creek Road on October 21.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Cactus Road around 10:00 AM. Based on a report, Santos-Marquez was driving his motorcycle near the intersection.
