ODESSA, TX (July 5, 2023) – Officials identified 25-year-old Noe Sanchez who died in a pedestrian accident on 20 Freeway on June 22.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at South Country Road 1305 around 12:15 AM. Based on the report, the victim was walking on the freeway at the time of the crash.
 
He was west in the inside lane when a Dodge Ram being driven by a 41-year-old Odessa man hit him.
 
As a result, Sanchez suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
