Suspected Drunk Driver Nestor Flores Arrested in Fatal Accident in White Settlement

 
WHITE SETTLEMENT, TX (December 29, 2023) – White Settlement Police arrested 31-year-old Nestor Lujan Flores of Arlington following a fatal pedestrian accident in the 8700 block of West Freeway on December 16.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened near 30 Freeway. Based on a report, Flores hit a pedestrian, throwing the victim’s body into the front passenger seat of the vehicle.
 
Officials discovered the victim’s body inside Flores’ car in a White Settlement restaurant parking lot while he was passed out. Officials did not yet release the deceased’s identity, pending kin notification.
 
Officers arrested and booked Flores into the Dallas County Jail on a charge of collision involving death.
