GLENDALE, AZ (March 28, 2024) — A motorcyclist sustained critical injuries after a hit-and-run crash on 67th Avenue on Thursday, March 21.
 
Glendale Police said the accident happened at 67th Avenue and Mountain View Road, north of Olive Avenue just before 6:30 p.m.
 
First responders rushed the motorcyclist to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
Police said the driver fled from the scene following the collision. Yet was later found by authorities. They then brought him to the hospital as a precaution.
 
Authorities have not yet determined what caused the crash. However, officials said early Friday that they don’t believe intoxication was a factor.
 
Police closed the road until around midnight. An investigation is ongoing.
