NORTH ZULCH, TX (November 19, 2024) – Authorities identified 52-year-old Michael Folsom who died in a pedestrian accident on Highway 21on November 3.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened around 6:34 PM. Based on a report, it was dark when Folsom attempted to cross Highway 21.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a 2019 Mini-Cooper traveling westbound on the highway struck him.
 
As a result, Folsom suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
Troopers say the driver of the car immediately stopped and cooperated with officers.
