EL PASO, TX (November 21, 2023) – El Paso Police Special Traffic Investigators identified 28-year-old Mauricio Miranda who died in a motorcycle accident in the 5300 block of Paisano Drive on November 17.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened just after 11:25 PM. Based on a report, Miranda was driving a motorcycle near an intersection when he ran a red light.
 
Subsequently, he collided with a truck and fell off his bike.
 
As a result, Miranda sustained grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
There was no information regarding the occupants of the vehicle.
