Mark Nieman, Natasha Neiman and Diane Coughlin Identified in Fatal Adams County Crash

 
ADAMS COUNTY, WA (July 14, 2023) – Officers identified 53-year-old Mark R. Nieman, 24-year-old Natasha Neiman, and 68-year-old Diane Coughlin who died in a fatal crash on Highway 26 on June 30.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened on the eastbound side when one car was traveling and crossed the center line. Based on a report, the car struck another car head-on.
 
As a result, Mark and Natasha, both from Des Moines, Washington, died in the incident. Coughlin, a passenger in the second car, also died at the scene.
 
The driver of the second car, 65-year-old James E. Coughlin, was transported to the East Adams Rural Hospital in Ritzville for treatment of injuries.
 
At this point, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
