LAS VEGAS, NV (April 30, 2024) – Las Vegas police confirmed that a man suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on Charleston Boulevard on April 19.
 
According to the Nevada State Police, the collision happened at Sloan Lane around 8:25 PM. Based on a report, the victim was driving a Harley Davidson near the intersection before the crash.
 
At the same time, a Jeep Grand Cherokee was making a U-Turn on a permissive green light. Due to unknown reasons, the driver of the Jeep failed to yield the right of way to the motorcycle and caused an accident.
 
The motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries. Crews took him to a local hospital in critical condition, Metro police said his 13-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries and was also taken to a local hospital along with a passenger in the Jeep.
 
The crash caused significant damage to both vehicles.
