Man Killed in Hit-and-Run on South Sable Boulevard at East 2nd Avenue [Aurora, CO]

Fatal Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident on South Sable Boulevard in Aurora

 
AURORA, CO (December 3, 2024) – The Aurora Police Department confirmed that a 40-year-old Denver man died in a hit-and-run on South Sable Boulevard on November 18.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the accident happened at East 2nd Avenue around 10:45 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle struck the man and fled the scene.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. The Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office did not yet release his name, pending notification of next of kin.
