Man Killed in Phoenix Pedestrian Accident on 15th Avenue and Bell Road

 
PHOENIX, AZ (February 14, 2024) — A man suffered fatal injuries after a pedestrian accident on 15th Avenue on Wednesday, February 7.
 
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the accident occurred at about 6:00 a.m. on 15th Avenue and Bell Road.
 
Detectives said that the man was in the westbound lanes of Bell Road. Then two vehicles struck him.
 
Paramedics responded to the scene and found the man with serious injuries. Then they transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later died.  Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity.
 
Both of the drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
 
Authorities said impairment doesn’t appear as a factor in the crash.
 
Officials continue to investigate the incident.
