PHOENIX, AZ (March 24, 2023) – Police confirmed that a man suffered critical injuries in a pedestrian accident on 51st Avenue on March 20.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Campbell Avenue around 10:45 PM. Based on a report, the victim was near the intersection at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck him.
 
As a result, the victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Officials did not yet release his identity.
 
Police said the woman driving the car remained on the scene and did not show any signs of impairment.
