PHOENIX, AZ (August 17, 2023) – Officers arrested 44-year-old Lillian Parker following a crash on 10 Freeway on August 2.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at 7th Street. Based on a report, troopers attempted to pull over Parker at the intersection.
 
Subsequently, the suspect continued moving in and out of traffic and struck two vehicles inside the tunnel while driving recklessly. She then continued driving and began going in circles in the middle of the freeway and hitting another car, causing all traffic to shut down.
 
Authorities attempted to stop Parker’s vehicle again, but she drove at two troopers, who had to jump out of the way to safety.
 
Officials said the driver of the first car sustained injury.
 
Officers arrested and took Parker into custody.
