Kristopher Bokelman Killed after Anderson Car Crash on FM-149
ANDERSON, TX (October 11, 2023) — A 23-year-old Montgomery man identified as Kristopher Bokelman died in a two-car crash on Thursday, October 5.
According to the Department of Public Safety Sgt. Justin Ruiz, the accident occurred at around 8:55 p.m. on FM-149.
The initial investigation determined that a 2004 Toyota Camry moved east on FM-149. At the same time, a 2017 Camry traveled west in the eastbound lanes when the crash happened.
Paramedics transported Bokelman, who drove the 2017 Toyota to St. Joseph Health Grimes Hospital in Navasota. Medical personnel pronounced him dead.
Authorities identified the driver of the 2004 Toyota as 65-year-old Randolph Craddock, of Freeport. They also brought him to the same hospital with serious injuries.
Officials continue to investigate the crash.
