Kimberly Dominguez Arrested after El Paso DUI Accident
EL PASO, TX (February 20, 2025) — Authorities arrested 24-year-old Kimberly Dominguez after a DUI accident on Saturday, February 8.
According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred about 2:45 a.m. in the 5300 block of Railroad Drive.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office reported that Dominguez drove a black Audi A4 north on Railroad Drive. Then she struck the back of an El Paso Constable’s Office patrol unit.
The deputy was assisting with a call and traveled at a reduced speed with emergency lights activated when the crash occurred.
Emergency crews transported the deputy to the University Medical Center for evaluation. Officials later confirmed the deputy has been released and is in good condition.
Officers took Dominguez into custody and charged her with DWI. They booked her on a $2,000 bond. She also faces an outstanding warrant for driving without a license with an additional $375 bond.
The incident remains under investigation.
