Kimberly Allen Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver in Spokane Valley
SPOKANE VALLEY, WA (February 9, 2023) – Spokane County Sheriff’s Office deputies identified 57-year-old Kimberly Allen as the victim who died in a hit-and-run on Sprague Avenue on January 27.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened between Pines Road and McDonald Road around 10:00 PM. Based on a report, Allen was crossing Sprague Avenue at the time of the crash.
Due to unknown reasons, a pickup truck struck her and drove away from the scene. After almost half an hour, a witness saw Allen on the side of the road and called the authorities.
As a result, Allen died in the incident.
At this point, WSP does not have any information about the suspect vehicle. In addition, the collision remains under investigation.
