Fatal Car Crash in Menifee, Judith Armijo Killed

 
MENIFEE, CA (February 2, 2023) – 75-year-old Judith Armijo from Menifee was killed after a car crash on Watson Road and Menifee Road on January 28.

According to the Menifee Police Department, the collision occurred at 9:51 a.m. Based on a report, Armijo was driving an eastbound Hyundai sedan when she failed to yield the right of way to a Volkswagen.

Soon after, the Volkswagen crashed into the driver’s side of the Hyundai at an undetermined speed.

Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department arrived and found Armijo dead at the scene.

Responders transported the driver of the Volkswagen to a regional trauma center with minor injuries.

Menifee police shut down the Menifee Road, between Calle De Caballos and Citation Avenue. They also closed Watson Avenue.
