Bicyclist John Judah Struck and Killed by Vehicle in Austin

 
AUSTIN, TX (April 6, 2023) – The Austin Police Department identified 76-year-old John Phillip Judah as the victim who died in a bicycle accident on South 1st Street on March 31.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at West Stassney Lane around 11:43 PM.
 
Based on a report, Judah was riding his bicycle near the intersection at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, he collided with a sedan.
 
As a result, Judah suffered grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported him to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, where he later died.
 
The driver of the remained at the scene to cooperate with the investigation.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
