John Johnson Struck and Killed by Vehicle in San Angelo

 
SAN ANGELO, TX (December 11, 2024) – The San Angelo Police Department identified 48-year-old John Johnson who died in a pedestrian accident in the 2100 block of South Bryant Boulevard on November 21.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at approximately 4:49 AM. Based on a report, Johnson was walking in the far outside lane when a vehicle struck him.
 
As a result, he suffered grave injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported him by ambulance to Shannon Medical Center’s emergency room, then to another city for a higher level of care. He died on November 28.
 
There was no word on the driver of the vehicle.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
