Jerry Armstrong Identified in Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Airway Heights

 
AIRWAY HEIGHTS, WA (August 2, 2023) – Officers identified 47-year-old Jerry Armstrong of Ritzville who died in a motorcycle accident on Highway 2 on July 18.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at Craig Road at approximately 10:30 PM. Based on a report, Armstrong was riding his motorcycle east on the highway at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he lost control of the motorcycle and struck a 2004 Nissan Armada in the roundabout 1 mile west of Airway Heights.
 
As a result, Armstrong fell down the road and sustained grave injuries. He died at the scene.
 
Troopers ruled speed as the cause of the crash.
 
At this point, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
