Jeremy Dylan Price, 16-Year-Old Madison Acker and 14-Year-Old Cory Campbell Identified in Fatal Corsicana Crash

 
CORSICANA, TX (June 25, 2023) – The Corsicana Independent School District identified 35-year-old Jeremy Dylan Price and the students, 16-year-old Madison Nicole Acker of Corsicana and 14-year-old Cory Campbell of Powell, who died in a crash on FM 709 on June 22.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened around 8:40 PM. Based on a report, 35-year-old Jeremy Dylan Price was driving a Ford Mustang north on the road.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he drifted off the east side of the road into a ditch, striking a culvert and vaulting into the air. DPS said the vehicle rolled several times, ejecting Price, Acker, and Campbell.
 
As a result, Price and Acker died at the scene. Crews transported Campbell to Navarro Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
 
Crews also took a third passenger in the vehicle, a 15-year-old boy from Rice, to the Children’s Medical Center in Dallas in unknown condition.
 
Currently, the case remains under investigation. In addition, no other details are available.
