Jacob Willcutt Causes DUI Accident on Miller Road, 4-Month-Old Daughter Hurt

 
BUCKEYE, AZ (March 23, 2023) – Buckeye police arrested 23-year-old Jacob Willcutt following a DUI accident on Miller Road on March 9.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Baseline Road. Based on a report, Willcutt drove a vehicle with his 4-month-old daughter strapped to his chest in a baby carrier.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he lost control and crashed into a pole. Subsequently, Willcutt and a witness pushed the car out of the road before Willcutt dropped his daughter off to a family member at a restaurant down the street.
 
As a result of the crash, officers said a report from Phoenix Children’s Hospital showed the baby suffered a fractured skull.
 
In addition, they reported that Willcutt showed signs of impairment and had a breathalyzer result of .128.
 
Willcutt was arrested and booked on various charges, including driving under the influence, reckless driving, and child abuse. As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing.
