Henry Blank Identified, Dominic Lyons Arrested in Crash on East Tabor Avenue at Railroad Avenue in Fairfield
FAIRFIELD, CA (December 30, 2022) – Fairfield Police identified 62-year-old Henry Blank of Vacaville as the victim who died in a crash on East Tabor Avenue on December 25.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Railroad Avenue around 10:15 PM.
Based on a report, two vehicles collided in the lanes. Officers did not yet release the details that led to the crash.
As a result, three, including Blank, people inside one of the vehicles suffered injuries. Paramedics transported the victims to the hospital but Blank died of his injuries.
Police said they determined that the driver of the other car, Dominic Lyons, was under the influence at the time of the crash. Police booked him into Solano County Jail.
