Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash on 35 Freeway at Garden Acres Drive in Fort Worth

 
FORT WORTH, TX (December 30, 2022) – Officials confirmed that one person died in a multi-vehicle crash on 35 Freeway on December 26.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Garden Acres Drive at approximately 5:30 AM.
 
Based on a report, multiple vehicles collided in the lanes. In addition, officers said the crash trapped one person in a pickup truck.
 
Emergency crews extricated the victim from the truck. Subsequently, they sent him to John Peter Smith Hospital. It was unclear if the man died in the crash, but police confirmed at least one fatality.
 
In addition, the commotion blocked all northbound lanes as crews worked to clean up the area.
 
As of now, the case remains under investigation.
