Fatal Motorcycle Accident on 30th Street at Eagle Way in Boulder

 
BOULDER, CO (August 22, 2023) – The Boulder County Coroner’s Office confirmed that a 20-year-old Hawaiian man died in a motorcycle accident on 30th Street on August 3.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Eagle Way around 7:20 PM. Based on a report, the man was driving a 2020 Yamaha R6 motorcycle southbound on 30th Street on the road prior to the crash.
 
At the same time, a 27-year-old woman from Boulder was driving a 2002 Toyota 4Runner. As the woman was turning west on to Eagle Way, a crash occurred.
 
As a result, the motorcyclist sustained grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release his name, pending kin notification.
 
The woman remained on scene and cooperated with officers.

As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
