Haley Coronada Injured in Car Accident on Highway 69 in Lufkin

 
LUFKIN, TX (November 26, 2023) — A 20-year-old Lufkin woman identified as Haley Coronada suffered injuries in a three-vehicle crash.
 
According to a report from the Texas Department of Public Safety, the incident happened after a three-vehicle crash on Highway 69 near FM 326 at around 10:05 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15
 
The initial investigation said that 39-year-old Maegan Vann, of Lufkin, drove northbound in a 1980 Ford flatbed pickup. Behind her vehicle was a 2002 Dodge flatbed pickup driven by 37-year-old Andrew Harvey, of Lufkin. Both traveled at a slow rate of speed.
 
According to reports, the Dodge did not have any rear lighting. Then a 2017 Nissan Altima driven by Coronada struck the Dodge. The impact pushed the Dodge into the Ford.
 
Paramedics rushed Coronada to Woodland Heights Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries after the incident.
 
Vann and Harvey did not sustain injuries.
