HARTSEL, CO (February 7, 2025) – The Park County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that paramedics transported two people to the hospital following a head-on crash on Highway 24 on January 18.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the accident happened between Cold Row Road and Washita Road at mile point 237. Based on a report, two vehicles crashed head-on around 8:45 AM.
 
As a result, both the driver and passenger of each vehicle suffered injuries in the incident. Crews transported the victims to the hospital for treatment.
