WYLIE, TX (June 17, 2024) — A 5-year-old Wylie boy identified as Jaden Ramos died in a bicycle accident on Wednesday, May 29.
 
According to the Wylie Police, officers responded to the Glen Knoll Mobile Home Park near Alanis Drive.
 
First responders arrived at the scene and discovered a vehicle struck Ramos while he rode his bike. They then transported Ramos to the hospital where medical officers pronounced him dead. His family made GoFundMe to help them with funeral expenses.
 
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
 
As of writing, there are no criminal charges announced in the case.
 
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
