Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Vehicle on Division Street near 2nd Avenue in Spokane

 
SPOKANE, WA (May 30, 2023) – The Spokane Police Department confirmed a fatal vehicle and pedestrian accident on Division Street on May 26.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened between 2nd Avenue and Sprague Avenue around 9:15 PM. Based on a report, a pedestrian was on the road at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle hit the victim.
 
As a result, the pedestrian suffered severe injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
