One Struck and Killed by Vehicle on West Hampden Avenue in Englewood

 
ENGLEWOOD, CO (April 18, 2023) – The Englewood Police Department reported that one person died in a pedestrian accident on West Hampden Avenue on April 12.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the collision happened at Santa Fe Drive around 6:30 AM.
 
Based on a report, a vehicle struck the victim in the lane. Officers did not yet release the details that led to the incident.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave injuries and died at the scene. Pending kin notification, officials withheld the deceased’s identity.
 
EPD said the driver of the single vehicle involved cooperated with their officers.
