POULSBO, WA (December 18, 2023) – Officials confirmed that one person died in a pedestrian accident on Highway 3 on December 10.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at Finn Hill Road. Based on a report, law enforcement said they don’t know what car hit the victim.
 
Later on that morning, a passerby found the pedestrian. Officials confirmed the victim dead at the scene. Officials did not yet release the deceased’s identity, pending kin notification.
