DENVER, CO (September 28, 2023) – The Denver Police Department confirmed that a fatal pedestrian accident occurred on 40th Avenue on September 24.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash happened at Colorado Boulevard shortly before 10:00 PM. Based on a report, a vehicle struck the pedestrian near the intersection.
