AURORA, CO (June 5, 2023) – The Aurora Police Department confirmed that one person died in a motorcycle accident on East Smith Road on May 27.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the collision happened near the intersection with Chambers Road. Based on a report, the victim’s motorcycle collided with a vehicle.
 
As a result, the rider suffered grave injuries and died in the incident. Officials did not release the victim’s identity or if there were any additional injuries.
 
The accident also closed the east and westbound lanes of Smith Road after the crash.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing. In addition, no other details are available.
