One Killed in Fiery Car Accident on Rio Salado Parkway in Tempe

 
TEMPE, AZ (May 2, 2023) – Officers confirmed that one person died in a fiery car accident on Rio Salado Parkway on April 26.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Scottsdale Road around 3:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, authorities responded to the scene of a single-vehicle crash and found a car on fire. In addition, an occupant was trapped inside the vehicle.
 
As a result, the victim suffered grave and died at the scene. Officials did not yet release the victim’s name, pending kin notification.
 
As of now, an investigation is ongoing.
