Duane Coulter Identified in Fatal Spokane Valley Hit-and-Run

 
SPOKANE VALLEY, WA (February 6, 2023) – Officers identified 59-year-old Duane Coulter as the victim who died in a motorcycle crash on Sprague Avenue on January 20.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened near 90 Freeway shortly before midnight. Based on a report, Coulter was driving his motorcycle on Sprague Avenue when he lost control and hit the left side of the barrier on the ramp to the freeway.
 
The impact threw him from the motorcycle into the first lane on the freeway, where an oncoming car hit him and left the scene.
 
As a result, emergency crews pronounced Coulter dead at the scene.
 
WSP detectives are asking anyone with information regarding the hit-and-run driver to call them at (509) 904-5092.
 
As of now, the investigation into the case remains ongoing.
