Doyle Budd Struck and Killed by Vehicle on Mile Hill Drive in Port Orchard

 
PORT ORCHARD, WA (March 8, 2023) – – The Kitsap County Medical Examiner’s Office identified 33-year-old Doyle Budd as the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on Mile Hill Drive on February 23.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at approximately 11:45 PM.
 
Based on a report, Budd was walking along the eastbound side of the road prior to the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a 52-year-old woman pulling over on the road struck him. Subsequently, a 55-year-old man struck the man again.
 
As a result, Budd suffered grave injuries and died in the incident.
 
Both drivers remained at the scene and were not impaired.
 
At this point, an investigation into the accident is ongoing.
