Breanna Romero Identified in Fatal Head-On Crash in Watsonville

 
WATSONVILLE, CA (March 8, 2023) – Police identified 26-year-old Breanna Romero as the victim who died in a head-on car crash on Holohan Road on March 4.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened Crash near Grimmer Road around 10:22 PM. Based on a report, 38-year-old Angelica Varon was driving a 2007 Volvo XC90 southbound on Holohan Road prior to the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he crossed the solid double yellow lines and collided head-on with Romero’s 2015 Hyundai Elantra traveling northbound.
 
As a result, Romero was pronounced dead at the scene.
