Donna Henry Identified in Fatal Crash on Highway 84 in Coryell County

 
CORYELL COUNTY, TX (December 29, 2023) – Officials identified 57-year-old Donna Marie Henry of Gatesville who died in a crash on Highway 84 on December 22.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened at Knowles Road around 6:15 PM. Based on a report, a 29-year-old man from Robinson was driving a Dodge Ram truck eastbound on the highway.
 
Officials said the truck was traveling at an unsafe speed for wet road conditions. Subsequently, the truck hydroplaned and crossed into the westbound lane, where it collided with Henry’s Honda Civic.
 
As a result, Henry suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
It was not clear if the other driver sustained any injuries.
