David Horsley Dies after Bakersfield Motorcycle Crash on China Grade Loop

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (November 10, 2022)David Wayne Horsley died after a motorcycle crash on China Grade Loop on Sunday afternoon, November 6.

The fatal incident happened at around 3:14 p.m. near Tanker Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Authorities said a 2012 Ford F-250, driven by Jason Wolfe, attempted a left turn onto Junction Road from China Grade Loop. The westbound 2000 Harley Davidson, operated by 58-year-old Horsley, then attempted to pass the Ford on the left after crossing over the double yellow lines.

This resulted in a collision, which inflicted fatal injuries on Horsley who died at the scene.

The factors surrounding the incident remain unknown at this time.
