Daniel Siller Jr. Identified in Fatal Car Crash in Coleman County

 
COLEMAN COUNTY, TX (March 27, 2024) – Officials identified 57-year-old Daniel Siller Jr. of Santa Anna who died in a crash on Highway 67 on March 16.
 
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened just about four miles east of Santa Anna. Based on a report, Siller was driving when he turned onto the highway in front of an oncoming Ford F250.
 
Subsequently, troopers said the Ford struck his vehicle from behind. Additional details about the crash were not released.
 
As a result, Siller suffered grave injuries in the incident. Crews took him to the Coleman County Medical Center, where he later died.
 
Crews also transported the driver, 19-year-old Cooper Cash Jacobs, to the same hospital for treatment of non-incapacitating injuries.
 
As of now, the officers are investigating the crash. In addition, no other details are available.
