Christian Murillo Killed, Passenger Seriously Injured in Car Accident on Carefree Circle [Colorado Springs, CO]

20-Year-Old Christian Murillo Identified in Fatal Colorado Springs Accident

 
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (May 10, 2023) – The El Paso County Coroner’s Office confirmed that 20-year-old Christian Murillo died in a crash on South Carefree Circle on April 30.
 
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the collision happened at Windward Way around 12:15 AM. Based on a report, Murillo was driving a car, traveling near the intersection at the time of the crash.
 
Due to unknown reasons, he lost control and hit a tree. The impact heavily damaged the car on his side.
 
As a result, Murillo suffered grave injuries and died at the scene.
 
Emergency crews transported the car’s passenger to the hospital for severe, life-threatening injuries.
 
As of now, the Colorado Springs Police Department is investigating the case. In addition, no other details are available.
